1. Sanctuary of Stillness | Course introduction
8m 15s
This online Breathwork course provides an accessible way for individuals to learn and engage in this transformative practice from the comfort of their own homes. It is more than a Breathwork course because we also cover other science-based nervous system-regulating modalities that you can apply in your daily practice in order to maintain emotional and physical well-being.
We suggest the following for the 'Sanctuary of Stillness' course:
• This course was created for you to do its modules in the sequential order that they're presented to you. Choose to stay with a specific technique / practice for a bit before you move on to the next one.
• Create a time slot everyday – even if it's just a 10 minute one at first – to establish a daily practice and routine; it's not recommended to these exercises on a full stomach so you may wanna create that time slot early in the morning or before going to bed, or both.
• Take your time for these exercises, and start out with a simple, effective stretching or Asana session before delving into your breathing practice.
